The Ohio EPA is currently in the process of renewing the NPDES Small MS4 Permit. Early stakeholder input is currently being accepted now through July 18th. 

Jefferson County & Other MS4 communities are encouraged to read the release, and provide input. Please contact Mark Petho with questions or comments.
