Education
JSWCD has always enjoyed sharing knowledge and educating the public on how to proficiently use and take care of the natural resources that surround them. Throughout the year, JSWCD conducts various programs that revolve around youth education. It's always a great opportunity to teach young generations. A theme that is intertwined with these programs are hands-on experiences. According to research, hands-on learning allows the child to gain a full learning experience which can enhance the ability to think quickly. Feel free to explore our programs to see how they provide valuable hands-on experience.
Below is a video highlighting some of the education programs and events that JSWCD has coordinated over the years. JSWCD has and continues to work with many partners including teachers, students, agencies, organizations and volunteers to help promote the educational message.
